Your firm’s old files could be worth more than you think.
Some AI data buyers license copies of business records, like old emails, documents and project files. We help law and accounting firms find out, for free, whether theirs could qualify.
It costs your business nothing. We are paid by the data buyer, never by you, and only if a deal goes through.

A note from Jason
Hello, and thank you for reading.
I’m Jason Belohlavek. I run Belo Business Advantage, and I introduce law and accounting firms to AI data buyers that license business records. I don’t give legal, tax or privacy advice. That is for your own advisor.
Many firms have years of old emails, documents, procedures and project files sitting in storage. Some buyers will pay to license a copy of records like these. Many owners have never heard that this is an option.
It costs your business nothing. We are paid by the data buyer, never by you, and only if a deal goes through.
My part is small. We talk for a short call. I explain how this works in plain words, and I tell you honestly whether your firm looks like a fit for what the buyers ask for. If it does, I point you to the buyer’s own application. If it doesn’t, I say so.
I can’t promise you will be accepted, and I can’t tell you what your records are worth. Every firm goes through the buyer’s own review, and the buyer decides. What I can promise is a clear, no-pressure conversation.

What you’ll learn on the call
A short, friendly conversation. No slides, no pressure, and no files needed.
How data licensing works
In plain words: what AI data buyers license, and what that could mean for a firm like yours.
Whether your firm meets a buyer’s rules
Buyers set simple rules about firm size, country and language. We check them together.
Which old records matter
Things like old emails, documents, procedures and project files. You don’t need to send us anything.
What to ask about privacy
How buyers say they protect personal and confidential information, and the questions to take to your own advisor.
What happens next
If your firm looks like a fit, how to apply with the buyer and what their review involves.

Is your firm a good fit?
Buyers set their own rules, and the rules change, so we check them on the call. This is what they look for today.
A law firm with 10 or more people
Or an accounting or CPA firm with 15 or more people.
Based in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia
These are the countries one buyer accepts today.
Records mostly in English
Buyers say their data should be mostly in English.
Larger firms can be an easier fit
Some buyers prefer firms with about 30 or more employees.
Years of records your firm owns
Old emails, documents, procedures, and project or case files.
Your own advisor on hand
Client confidentiality comes first. Check anything with your own lawyer or advisor before you share it.
Do you qualify? A quick check
Pick your type of business and move the sliders to see how your firm lines up with what buyers look for today. This is a rough guide, not an offer. Every firm goes through the buyer's own review.
Type of firm
How it works
It costs your business nothing. We are paid by the data buyer, never by you, and only if a deal goes through.
A short, free call
We talk through how this works and check whether your firm meets the buyer’s rules. You don’t need to prepare anything.
You apply with the buyer
If your firm looks like a fit, we send you the buyer’s own application link and you fill it in yourself. Applying through our link is how the introduction is counted. It costs you nothing.
The buyer reviews and decides
The buyer looks at your firm and your records. If they want to go ahead, they make you an offer, and you choose whether to accept. No firm is promised an offer.
Questions owners ask
Is it really free?
Yes. It costs your business nothing. We are paid by the data buyer, never by you, and only if a deal goes through. We will never ask your firm for money.
What data do buyers want?
Buyers have talked about everyday operating records, such as emails, documents, procedures, project files and client-management records. Each buyer sets its own rules and asks for different things, and its application tells you exactly what. You don’t send anything to us.
Do I lose my files?
No. Nothing leaves your firm on our call. Buyers describe licensing a copy of agreed records, not taking over your files. The buyer’s own terms say exactly what applies, so read them with your advisor before you agree to anything.
What about client privacy?
This matters, and it is a question for your own lawyer or advisor. Nothing is shared on our call, and we never ask for your files. Buyers describe steps to remove or mask personal information, and their terms explain how.
How much could it be worth?
We can’t say, and we won’t guess. It depends on the buyer’s own review of your records. No amount is promised, and not every firm is accepted. The call is a free way to find out whether a closer look makes sense.
What if we’re not a fit?
Then I will tell you plainly on the call, and it costs you nothing. Some firms are too small or outside the countries buyers accept today. Their rules can change, so you are welcome to ask again later.
Can a law firm or accounting firm license its data for AI training?
Yes, some AI data buyers license copies of everyday business records from established firms, including law and accounting firms, to help train AI. Each buyer has its own size, country and data rules, and every firm goes through the buyer’s own review.
Who is a good fit?
Today, one buyer accepts law firms with 10 or more people, accounting, medical and finance firms with 15 or more, and most other businesses with about 50 or more, in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia. Another prefers businesses with about 30 or more employees. Rules change, so we check them on the call.
Do I have to apply after the call?
No. The call is only information. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Are you part of Mode or micro1?
No. Belo Business Advantage is an independent referral partner. We are not part of, and do not speak for, Mode or micro1. Any offer, decision or contract is between your firm and the buyer.
Do you give legal or tax advice?
No. We can explain in general terms how this works, but we can’t give legal, tax or privacy-law advice. Please check with your own advisor.
Curious whether your records could qualify?
It costs your business nothing. We are paid by the data buyer, never by you, and only if a deal goes through.
Ready to apply now?
You can apply directly with either data buyer. We recommend booking a call first so we can point you to the better fit for your firm.
Applying is free. Acceptance is up to the buyer.
